No Studio provides AI-powered image generation services that transform product photos into professional model photos. The Service uses artificial intelligence to create realistic images of products worn or used by virtual models in various scenes and settings.

3. Account Registration and Security

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate images that violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Create deepfakes or misleading content of real individuals
• Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive content
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Generate content depicting minors in any inappropriate context
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract training data from our AI models

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the product images you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5.2 Generated Images

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the images generated through the Service ("Generated Images") and may use them for any lawful commercial or personal purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, e-commerce, and social media.

5.3 Platform Content

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models, is owned by or licensed to No Studio and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Credits are non-transferable and do not roll over between billing periods
• Refunds are generally not provided except at our sole discretion
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period

7. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NO STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or harmful code transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in content or for any loss or damage incurred from use of content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless No Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Termination
